The ATSAMA5D22A-CN is a microprocessor IC developed by Microchip Technology, featuring a single-core ARM® Cortex®-A5 architecture clocked at 500MHz. It is housed in a compact 196-pin TFBGA package measuring 11x11 mm. This 32-bit microprocessor includes robust security features such as ARM TrustZone® technology, boot security, and cryptography support. It also integrates a secure fusebox, secure JTAG, secure memory, and secure real-time clock capabilities. Designed to handle multimedia tasks, it incorporates the NEON™ media processing engine.
