It designed and manufactured analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits, with a focus on RF (Radio Frequency) and wireless communication technologies. They provided a range of products like RF transceivers, IF (Intermediate Frequency) amplifiers, and other communication components used in applications such as wireless LANs, cellular systems, and Bluetooth. In 2001, Sirenza Microdevices acquired Micro Linear. Sirenza itself was later acquired by RF Micro Devices (RFMD) in 2007, which later became part of Qorvo, Inc. after a merger with TriQuint Semiconductor.
