Abrmicro's strong supply capabilities stem from:

- Upstream: We collaborate with major automotive OEMs and both domestic and international listed companies, including Mercedes-Benz, BMW, BYD, Foxconn, Dongfeng Motor, and others.

- Downstream: We work with over 130 distributors and manufacturers.

This enables us to meet the needs of users for the most scarce electronic components, whether for commercial or military applications.

However, in some cases, our suppliers may require us to pay a deposit to secure orders. While this is a common practice, we understand it may not always be fair or customer-friendly for our customers, so we do not pass this requirement on to you. Our customer-centric approach has led to some financial losses, which have prompted us to formulate the following policies:

1. Smaller Orders (under $10,000): No deposit is required.
2. Larger Orders (over $10,000) or Special Customized Products: A deposit of 30% to 50% is required, depending on the total order amount.
3. If Abrmicro is unable to fulfill the order after receiving a deposit, we will refund the deposit and offer an additional 10% of the total order amount as compensation.
